Sarah's Bridal Portraits (two years later)| Chattanooga, Tn.
My sweet (and stunningly beautiful) friend Sarah married her husband Matthew two years ago. I approached her with the idea of shooting some bridal portraits of her so I could build my portfolio and practice my technique. She was so happy to model for me! What girl doesn't love to put their wedding dress back on (especially when you realize it's bigger than it was when you first got married!) and prance around like a princess? 40 years from now, when her grandchildren are grown, they will never know these were taken two years after the actual wedding :)

Black and White: An Oldie but a Goodie
Taryn was wanting some updated photos of herself, all in black and white. I have honestly never shot a session entirely in black and white, but was happy to jump on the opportunity! And as I started to post- process these photos, my heart fell in love with black and white photography.
I'm a lover of color, but the way the light moves in these photos takes my breath away. They are simply perfect. I can see many more black and white sessions in the future!
